Is there a travel fee?

  • If you live within 50 miles of Fredericksburg, VA there is no travel fee. If you live outside of 50 miles up to 90 miles there is an added fee of $60.

WHAT KINDS OF PROPS ARE PROVIDED?

  • Depending on the selection of the package, Props are included. We have Hats, Masks, Hand-Held Props, Glasses, and custom props with our “Gather package.”

What is required to reserve my date?

  • Use the book now button under the location in which your event will be held. Complete all required information and pay up to a 50% deposit to reserve your date.

WHERE CAN GUESTS ACCESS THE PHOTOS, AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE PHOTOS AFTER THE EVENT?

  • Every booking person shall receive a Full Gallery link within 24 hours of the conclusion of your event. This link is sharable and can be sent to all guests.

WHAT ARE THE SPACE, VENUE, AND POWER REQUIREMENTS FOR SET-UP?

 CAN YOU DO OUTDOOR EVENTS?

  • Our booth space requires a minimum 10' x 10' area, a minimum height of 7'11" for the backdrop.

  • A power outlet must be available within 30 feet, and the ground must be level.

  • We will also need a venue-provided table for props.

  • If you have an outdoor venue, a suitable shelter away from direct sun, rain, and wind will need to be provided. A shelter will be required if your event is outdoors during daylight hours (8 am - 5 pm). Don't hesitate to contact us with any concerns; we will gladly work with you.

OUR EVENT VENUE REQUIRES PROOF OF INSURANCE, IS YOUR COMPANY INSURED?

  • Yes, we can provide proof upon request.
